Another day in paradise. Went snorkeling and for the evening I was up for a treat. Chef Augustin cooked me the most amazing seafood. It was so fresh, that it was still twitching on the coals! I have truly never eaten anything so wonderful and mouthwatering. If you are going to Foul Pointe, find him and enjoy the meal of your life!
